We will not accept checks, money orders, or cashiers checks for hunt balances unless received atleast 14 days prior to your hunt date.
No exceptions, please plan accordingly.
Venmo is now an accepted form of payment! Please contact us if you’d wish to use Venmo as payment.
- Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another hunt.
- Deposits can be made via check, money order,or credit/debit card.
- ALL credit card/debit card transactions will be subject to a 3.5% fee
- If a deposit is not received and confirmation email is not sent, you and/or your party are not on the the books. Not all hunts require a deposit. Deposits are only for Alligator and Turkey Hunts.
All checks can be made payable to Southern Outdoor Outfitters, LLC and mailed to 1179 Nairn Ln, Labelle, FL 33935 (this is mailing address only)
Cancellation Policy: If client fails to notify Southern Outdoor Outfitters at least 48hrs in advance of booking date of cancellation, client forfeits all deposits made, and is not transferable to another hunt.
No Call/No Show: Client will forfeit all deposits made, and is not transferable to another hunt.
